Notifying the Police
You need to send a police notification form to EACH of the constabularies within whose jurisdiction your event falls. For most promoters this will usually mean just one but if you are in doubt please check with the courses secretary.

You are advised to do this at least 8 weeks before the event. Make sure you select 'read receipt’ in your email programme. You must also send a copy to the Secretary (Open Events) and Secretary (Club Events) as appropriate.
